COMMUNICATIONS | MARKETING | MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION
I use storytelling to shift narratives and help drive impact across advocacy initiatives.
My passion for communications comes from wanting to take part in resolving social and environmental issues. My goal is to build clear and effective communications, foster meaningful relationships to solve problems together, and inspire action through digital engagement.
I served as Communications Manager for Student Energy, a youth-led environmental non-profit, where I supported youth work in energy and climate through impactful communications. Before that, I worked as a freelance multimedia and video producer for government, non-profits, and advocacy organizations, as well as a Video Journalist for ABS-CBN's News Digital Media team in the Philippines, where I developed skills in digital storytelling and multimedia production for online platforms.
With a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (honours) and additional studies in documentary filmmaking and communications, I built a strong, multidisciplinary understanding of the intersections of communications, storytelling, and civic engagement - exploring how storytelling and advocacy work can drive social change. With these multifaceted skills, I translate complex systems and narratives into meaningful stories, and support advocacy efforts that create a lasting impact.
I was selected as a participant in the 2020 Ricky Lee Online Scriptwriting Workshop under Batch 26. I also attended the 2019 14th Photojournalists' Center of the Philippines' Professional Photojournalism & Documentary Photography Workshop in Quezon City, Philippines.
